Delete it yourself

• In ReachBase: sign in to the Creator Portal, go to Accounts and choose Disconnect. Your tokens are deleted immediately and we stop fetching anything.
• Via Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove ReachBase. Instagram notifies us; we then automatically delete all data from that account and you receive a confirmation code.
• Via TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage apps → remove ReachBase. Then also disconnect in ReachBase, or email us.

What gets deleted

• Access and refresh tokens of the platform.
• Profile data (username, followers, picture) and platform IDs of your posts.
• All fetched metrics (snapshots) of those posts.

The links you submitted yourself remain in the organization's campaign records, without platform data. Want your ReachBase account deleted as well? Email hello@reachbase.nl from the email address of your account; we confirm within 30 days.
