1. What ReachBase is

ReachBase (ReachBase, een handelsnaam van Milan Nuis (codedbymilan)) is a platform on which event organizers set up campaigns with content creators: missions, deadlines, rewards, verification of submitted posts and reporting of the results.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your login details and for what happens through your account.
  • An organization account is for companies and teams that organize events; a creator account is personal.

3. Connected social accounts

  • Creators only connect accounts they own.
  • ReachBase uses the official Instagram (Meta) and TikTok APIs and complies with their platform terms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
  • ReachBase never publishes content on a creator's behalf.

4. Missions and rewards

  • Agreements about content, deadlines and rewards are made between the organization and the creator. ReachBase records them and helps with the handling, but is not a party to those agreements.
  • Organizations are responsible for timely payment or delivery of rewards and for tax handling. Creators are responsible for entering correct details and for complying with advertising rules (for example marking sponsored content).
  • Verification and metrics come directly from the platforms; ReachBase cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of that platform data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ReachBase for misleading content, to circumvent verification, to submit someone else's posts or to infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Liability and termination

ReachBase is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage or for agreements between organizations and creators. You can end your account at any time; we may end accounts in case of abuse.
